For the past decade, I’ve been working with small businesses and coaches to help improve sales, marketing, and strategy. After working with hundreds of business coaches and sales consultants from all sorts of backgrounds, we realized there was a major issue. Uncustomized approaches focused on helping management with boilerplate sessions and top-down leadership. They taught about empathy and consistency in habits, but rarely practiced what they preached.

I started reaching out to CEOs and Founders to learn about their experiences and their struggles as they grew to the million-dollar revenue mark. Speaking with 5-10 exec teams a week, I found that companies who scaled their business well; consistently focused on themes and simple goals and had a culture of transparency and open communication. Using their stories and experience we created an approach to mimic these organizations and fit them to any type of scaling business.
